Stails India Terms and Conditions
Manufacturing Warranty Stails provides a comprehensive manufacturing warranty covering a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults arising from normal use of the product. Any damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or modifications made by the customer will not be covered under this warranty.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is requested during the pre-production stage, designing charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact deduction will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Stails reserves the right to proceed with production as scheduled, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled orders at this stage.
Claims and Disputes Any claims or disputes regarding the manufacturing warranty or cancellation policy should be brought to the attention of Stails India within 30 days of the occurrence. Stails will make every effort to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications for their orders during the pre-production stage. Any changes or modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges and may not be accommodated.
Limitation of Liability Stails India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
By placing an order with Stails India, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Stails reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
